Trustee Positions - OPEN

We have two Trustee positions (3 year terms) expiring in May 2012. Anyone who is interested in filing to run for the open positions need to submit the following three forms to Rhonda Decker, Business Clerk, no later than Wednesday, March 28, 2012, 3:00 P.M.

1.     Petition for Nomination of School Board           Trustee
2.     Affidavit for Person Circulating Petitions
3.     Oath of Candidacy KINDERGARTEN

For planning purposes we are trying to get an estimate on the size of next fall's kindergarten class. So, if you will be enrolling your child in kindergarten next year, here at Clinton, please call the office and let our secretary know. If you don't have a kindergarten age child but know someone who does, please ask them to get in touch with us. This is not a kindergarten registration for 2012-2013 but simply a survey to help us plan. We will be doing our official kindergarten registration in April and will publicize it at that time. Thank you for your cooperation.

TEENS FOR JEANS

One of our former students has notified us of a Jean Contest sponsored by her place of employment, Aeropostale in the Southgate Mall.

For every pair of jeans you donate, you receive a 25% off coupon on a new pair of jeans at their store. Jeans can be any size and style - from kindergarten size through adult size. The jeans will be donated to homeless teens.

The school that collects the most jeans will be awarded $5,000 plus a new pair of jeans for every student in the school.

The drop box is located near the front office. The contest ends February 12 (but there is a
possibility that they may extend the date.) Thank you!
