Welcome
To the After School Program at Clinton School
Clinton School is pleased to offer to its students an after
school program this year. After school programs are designed to
keep students safe and off the streets. We will provide engaging
learning experiences, build social and physical skills, and
having fun doing it!
Our After School Program will begin
October 5th. It will run from 3:15-5:15 Mondays through
Thursdays. We will have activities for grades K-2, 3-5 and
4-8. These activities will vary throughout the year. We have
quality instructors who will be offering: TaeKwonDo, Kid’s Club,
quilting, “Bikes”, art, tutoring and more. A calendar will be sent home every
month announcing the activities available for each group.
Class size is limited, but we will do our best to accommodate
everyone. Students do not need to attend every activity offered,
but may choose the activities that appeal to them. However, they
are expected to sign in at their chosen activity promptly at
3:15. Attention! In order to ensure continued participation, it
is very important that you pick up your child promptly at the
end of these after school activities.
An ASP form must be filled out and returned to the school
in order for your child to participate in these events. It will
cover your child for any/all after school programs for the
upcoming year. This form will be available by request later in
the year, however, the sooner it is returned the sooner your
child will be able to participate in these events.
We would like to use this program to build a stronger community,
if you or someone you know has knowledge or a skill that you
would like to see passed on to the younger generation let us
know. You may contact me at the school with suggestions or
questions. We look forward to working with you and your family
this year.
Sincerely,
Julie Espinosa
ASP Director
